The Intellectual Property Comprehensive Support Center is a consultation window for intellectual property established by INPIT (National Institute of Industrial Property and Training), which is under the jurisdiction of the Japan Patent Office and operates nationwide. In Hyogo Prefecture, NIRO (Public Interest Incorporated Foundation New Industry Creation Research Organization) and the Hyogo Prefectural Invention Association have set up a consultation window to support small and medium-sized enterprises in addressing various management challenges from the perspective of intellectual property. Advice from patent attorneys, lawyers, brand specialists, and designers, as well as consultations on rights acquisition and utilization methods for intellectual property, are all available for free at any time, and confidentiality is strictly maintained.
